Arlene Wischmeier has been named Vice President and Human Resource Director at Branson Bank. A seasoned bank veteran, with 39 years of banking experience, Wischmeier upheld positions as: Senior Vice-President, BSA/CIP/AML Officer, Compliance Officer, Security Officer, Human Resource Officer, Teller, Bookkeeping Supervisor, and Cashier.

Wischmeier was actively involved in a number of things including: Former President and Director Emeritus for Bankers Education Alliance, Former President of Sedalia Business Women, Sedalia Area Security Officers, Treasurer of Human Resource Management Association of West Central Missouri, National SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management), and former Ambassador of the Year at her local Chamber of Commerce.
Wischmeier is originally from Lincoln, MO. She attended Central Missouri State University, Warrensburg, MO A.A. in Accounting, then State Fair Community College, Sedalia, MO A.A. in Banking, while completing her AIB Basic, Standard and Advanced Certificates. She then graduated from Stephens College in Columbia, MO with a B.A. in Business Administration. Later she attended the Graduate School of Banking, Madison, WI Human Resource Management School and Advanced Human Resource Management Seminar.
