A Special Note To Our Customers – February 07, 2019
April 1, 2021
As a bank family, we want to ensure you are aware of two milestones within our organization. We now have a presence in Stone County with the Branson Bank Lending Center in Branson West, as well as the acquisition of the Hawthorn Bank’s Branson location, which is scheduled to close on February 8, 2019.
Last month, Branson Bank extended lending services to Stone County with the addition of Larry Maloney and Paula Parton, who are leading the efforts of the Branson Bank Lending Center in Branson West at: 16208 State Hwy 13, Suite 103A.
“The new Lending Center in Branson West reflects our growing interest in Stone County,” said Bill W. Jones, President of Branson Bank. “We are pleased to be a part of the community growth here, and we are dedicated to offering a wide range of premium loan products and services.” Branson Bank will continue to provide dedicated lenders at each bank location in Branson, Forsyth, and, now, Branson West.
As for the acquisition, we are proud to welcome new customers and associates to our bank family. The new Branson Bank Gretna location will offer full-service banking beginning February 11, 2019, and, in the weeks to come, a new lending experience with mortgage lenders, as well as their respective operations and processing teams, will begin to form. “This location will allow our organization to centralize bank functions, creating more efficient workflows, resulting in even better customer service and support,” said Jones.
Within the initial acquisition announcement, David T. Turner, President of Hawthorn Bank stated, “It was vitally important to us that we find a buyer for our southern-most branch who would provide a comparable level of service and the full range of financial products our customers have come to expect. We found what we were looking for in Branson Bank.”
If you plan to use the new Gretna location, the hours of operation include: Lobby 9 AM to 4 PM Monday through Thursday and 9 AM to 5 PM Fridays. Drive-thru hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 5:30 PM on Fridays, and 8 AM to Noon on Saturdays. You will see some new faces, as we offered the former Hawthorn Bank associates an opportunity to join our bank family. These new associates are a welcome addition and will provide the same excellent service that you have come to expect at Branson Bank.
In our efforts to celebrate these milestones, we invite you to attend a few upcoming events. On Friday, March 22, the 19th Anniversary of Branson Bank, there will be a tour and ribbon cutting of the new Gretna location at 10 AM, hosted by the Branson Chamber of Commerce. Then, on Friday, March 29, a ribbon cutting is scheduled at our new Lending Center in Branson West at 10 AM and 11 AM, hosted by the Branson and Table Rock Lake Chambers of Commerce, respectively.
“It is an exciting time for Branson Bank associates, shareholders, and customers,” said Jones. “As our customers, you will remain our priority throughout this process and beyond. We are grateful for your continued support and loyalty.”
