Branson Bank Announces Promotion of Norma Desrochers to AVP
(Branson, MO) Branson Bank is honored to announce the promotion of Norma Desrochers to Assistant Vice President, Senior Business Relationship Banker, recognizing more than 29 years of banking experience in service to her community.
In this elevated role, Desrochers will continue to leverage deep expertise in senior-level retail banking products and services, with a strong focus on supporting business clients. Throughout her career at Branson Bank (over 22 years), she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to delivering tailored financial solutions, building lasting client relationships, and driving growth within the business banking segment.

Beyond professional accomplishments, Desrochers is deeply committed to community engagement, actively supporting several local initiatives and charitable endeavors. As a lifetime resident, her involvement underscores a belief in giving back and strengthening the community she was born and raised in. Her involvement includes serving on the Hollister Area Chamber of Commerce Board, Hollister Chamber Leading Ladies Board, Branson-Hollister Senior Center Board, and the Taney County Tax Board. Last Fall, she completed the Branson Lakes Area Leadership Program.
Desrochers is a proud supporter of Kirbyville and Hollister Schools. She enjoys going to flea markets and spending time with her husband Roland, their children, and grandchildren.
