Mark Hyde
Mark Hyde joined the Branson West lending team in January of 2026. In his role as VP, Community Bank Lender, Hyde helps individuals and businesses access the financial tools they need to grow, offering personalized support every step of the way.
Early in his career, Hyde worked in management for Walmart and while there, completed certifications at the Walton Institute of Retail Management. After 26 years, he made the move to banking and served in several capacities focused on customer service and business development while holding roles to include branch manager and lender. During this time, he completed Consumer Lending School and School of Bank Management through the Missouri Bankers Association. In 2024, he pursued real estate, further expanding his knowledge of the home buying experience.
Serving the community is important to Hyde. His support of area non-profit and civic organizations includes past president of the Rotary Club of Table Rock Lake, councilmember of the MU Extension Council, and board member for Harbor House Domestic Violence Center. He enjoys fishing, boating, hunting, and spending time with family while enjoying the outdoors.

Karla Yeary
Karla is a seasoned banking professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. She has been a valued member of Branson Bank since 2007, beginning her career as a loan processor. In 2018, Karla transitioned to the role of Lender, where she has since become an expert in consumer and agricultural loans.
Her deep knowledge and commitment to serving the community have helped her foster strong relationships with her neighbors in Eastern Taney County. A life-long resident of Taney County, Karla is a proud graduate of Forsyth High School and remains dedicated to supporting local growth and financial success.

Dean Harmon
Branson Bank Executive Vice President, Senior Lender, and Board Member, Dean Harmon, began his journey with the local, community bank in September of 2002. He has over 39 years of experience in the banking industry and leads the lending arm of the bank.
Harmon is a College of the Ozarks graduate. He completed National Commercial Lending School from the University of Oklahoma and the Graduate School of Banking from Louisiana State University. He has served his community in a variety of ways, personally and on behalf of the bank. He currently serves on the SCMO Board of Directors and Together Forever – A Skyler Sanders Family Foundation.

Ryan Sanders
Ryan Sanders started employment with Branson Bank in May 2014 as a lender and with banking experience since 2004. Throughout his time at the bank, he has been promoted to oversee the Forsyth location with his current title of Senior Vice President, Community Bank Lender – growing to support all loan products that support those in the community including consumer, commercial, and agriculture loans.
Sanders is a lifelong resident of Forsyth having graduated from Forsyth High School and earned a degree in Agri-Business from College of the Ozarks. He is very involved in his community and currently serves as the President of Together Forever: A Skyler Sanders Family Foundation, actively serves the Hollister Rotary Club, is a Member of the Hollister and Forsyth Chamber of Commerce, Board Member for the Industrial Development Authority of Taney County, Board Member for the Enhanced Enterprise Zone, Board Member for the Missouri Baptist Children’s Home, and Kirbyville School Board Member.
