Shawn Clemens, Vice President and Commercial Lender, joined Branson Bank in May of 2025 with experience in commercial lending since 2014. A Branson native, Clemens is a graduate of Branson High School and earned a degree in Business Administration from the College of the Ozarks. He serves on the School Board for Branson Public Schools and volunteers at Woodland Hills Family Church, where he and his family regularly attend.

Karla is a seasoned banking professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. She has been a valued member of Branson Bank since 2007, beginning her career as a loan processor. In 2018, Karla transitioned to the role of Lender, where she has since become an expert in consumer and agricultural loans.

Her deep knowledge and commitment to serving the community have helped her foster strong relationships with her neighbors in Eastern Taney County. Dean Harmon

Dean Harmon, associate for Branson Bank, located in Branson, MO.

Branson Bank Executive Vice President, Senior Lender, and Board Member, Dean Harmon, began his journey with the local, community bank in September of 2002. He has over 39 years of experience in the banking industry and leads the lending arm of the bank.

Harmon is a College of the Ozarks graduate. He completed National Commercial Lending School from the University of Oklahoma and the Graduate School of Banking from Louisiana State University. He has served his community in a variety of ways, personally and on behalf of the bank. He currently serves on the SCMO Board of Directors and Together Forever – A Skyler Sanders Family Foundation.

Marcus Harmon

As a Commercial Lender, Harmon focuses on building and growing long-term banking relationships in Taney, Stone, and surrounding Counties. He is involved in small business loans, commercial real estate lending, and construction lending; including Small Business Association (SBA) and USDA Lending.

Harmon earned a Bachelors in Administrative Management from Missouri State University. His banking and commercial lending experience began in 2014 in the Springfield, MO market.

Harmon is actively involved in many community organizations, including Together Forever: A Skyler Sanders Family Foundation – Director and Southern MO Fellowship of Christian Ministries – Director. Harmon enjoys reading, sports, and outdoor activities.

Eric Simkins

Eric Simkins, associate for Branson Bank, located in Branson, MO.

Simkins oversees Commercial Lending, with an office in the Branson West Lending Center. His duties include: helping customers identify, apply, and fulfill loan products; executing loan reviews, analyses, underwriting, maintaining loan policy and attending regulatory loan audits; participating in business development; and supporting the community at large.

Simkins received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of the Ozarks in 2002. His career after college started in banking, having served three years as a lender before venturing into self-employment. In 2005 he opened his own American Family Insurance Agency in Kimberling City where he has managed a successful operation for over 16 years, earning accolades such as the “American Family All American Club” (16 years) and the “AFLIC Award” (12 years).

Simkins is highly involved in the Stone County community, participating in numerous civic organizations, including the Rotary Club of Table Rock Lake, Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce, Rocking Referrals Networking Group, Kimberling City Elks Lodge 2505, and Our Lady of the Cove Catholic Church in Kimberling City. He enjoys hiking, boating, watching his children play sports, and following the St. Louis Cardinals. He resides in Kimberling City and is married to Adria, and they have three children.

Pam Jenkins

pam jenkins, associate for Branson Bank, located in Branson, MO.

Pam Jenkins joined the Branson Bank team in 2005 as a loan assistant and then in 2007 became a Loan Officer for the bank. Over the years, she was again, promoted to AVP/ Community Bank Loan Officer. With lending experience since 1992, Jenkins continues to help individuals and businesses grow, helping them gain access to the things that are important in their lives from vehicles to small business loans.

Jenkins is a lifetime resident having graduated from Hollister High School. She attended SMSU for a year and continued her education through ABA Banking Classes when offered. She has a servant’s heart, volunteering in a number of ways on behalf of her community including Jesus Was Homeless, Branson Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, as well as many organizations on behalf of the bank.

Greg Baker

Greg Baker, associate for Branson Bank, located in Branson, MO.

Greg Baker, Executive Vice President, and Chief Lending Officer joined Branson Bank in 2012 and serves on the Branson Bank Board of Directors. Baker leads Business Development efforts at Branson Bank and has been locally engaged in assisting many Southwest Missouri businesses in their development and expansion, incorporating many of the loan programs available to small business owners since 1997.

Baker holds an Undergraduate Degree in Business from the University of Kansas, a Master’s in Finance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and he also received a degree from the Graduate School of Banking at LSU.

He is actively involved in many area organizations including the Branson Rotary Club, currently serving as President, the Executive Board of the South Central Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Board Member of the Western Taney County Fire District, the Taney County Partnership (TCP) Taney County Board of Equalization, and the Financial Oversite Committee for the Tourism Community Enhancement District (TCED).  Along with his family, Greg attends First Baptist Church of Branson where he serves as a Deacon and on the Stewardship Committee. Greg is married to Julie and has two adult children, Jenny and Matt.

Ryan Sanders started employment with Branson Bank in May 2014 as a lender and with banking experience since 2004.
