Katie Hodges
Katie Hodges began her journey with Branson Bank in 2017 as Vice President, Commercial Lender, and then in 2022 she was promoted to Chief Operations Officer. With banking experience since 2004, Katie offers a well-rounded portfolio of financial expertise.
Hodges graduated from the College of the Ozarks with a BS in Accounting and Psychology. She also earned her CPA certification in 2003. Hodges is a servant to her community, volunteering for a number of organizations, including the Branson/ Hollister Rotary Club, Sports Funding Task Force with the Branson Chamber of Commerce, Taneyville School Board Member/ President, MONasp Missouri State Archery Tournament Planning Committee, to name a few.

Bill W. Jones
As one of the original Co-Founders of Branson Bank, Bill Jones built and continues to lead what is Branson Bank today. From humble beginnings, to growth including five full-service bank locations in Branson, Forsyth, and Branson West. Branson Bank is known for warmth, core values, and local decision-making. Through his guidance and leadership, Branson Bank has earned an impressive reputation for serving our community even when other banks could not.
Jones has accumulated 30+ years in banking, holding various positions, with an undergraduate and graduate degree, along with various banking school certifications.
He has served on various boards and service positions throughout his time in Branson, including Branson Cox Health Director, Branson Chamber CVB Board, City of Branson Finance Board, Taney County Airport Board, and the Community Foundation of the Ozarks (regional affiliate) Board.

Dean Harmon
Branson Bank Executive Vice President, Senior Lender, and Board Member, Dean Harmon, began his journey with the local, community bank in September of 2002. He has over 39 years of experience in the banking industry and leads the lending arm of the bank.
Harmon is a College of the Ozarks graduate. He completed National Commercial Lending School from the University of Oklahoma and the Graduate School of Banking from Louisiana State University. He has served his community in a variety of ways, personally and on behalf of the bank. He currently serves on the SCMO Board of Directors and Together Forever – A Skyler Sanders Family Foundation.

Dr. Travis Brawner
Dr. Travis Brawner joined the Branson Bank Board of Directors as an Advisory Director in May of 2023. Respected throughout the community, Dr. Brawner is the founder and sole owner/physician of Ozark Mountain Ear, Nose and Throat, LLC. since July 2009.
A life-long resident of Branson, Brawner graduated from Branson High before seeking a B.S. in Biology at Missouri State University. He continued his educational pursuits in Medicine at the University of Missouri – Columbia. Thereafter, he held an Internship and Residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center before returning home to Branson to practice.
Brawner currently serves as a Director on the Cox Medical Center Branson Board, Associate Professor of the Department of Surgery at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine, and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Along with his family, he is a member of Woodland Hills Family Church and serves as an Elder and Teaching Team Leader. He enjoys various outdoor activities and time spent with his wife, Kari, and children, Jameson, Owen, Kaylin, and Mason.

Jon Arnold
Jon Arnold joined the Branson Bank team in 2017 as a Credit Analyst and has grown to hold the current position of Vice President – Finance & Risk Officer. Arnold earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the College of the Ozarks and his MBA from John Brown University.
Jon enjoys helping his community and getting involved. His involvement includes Ignite Branson Young Professionals, 2018 Lakes Area Leadership graduate, facilitator of mock interviews with students at College of the Ozarks, and the United Way’s Annual Day of Caring.

Dr. Sue Head
Serving as a Director on Branson Bank’s Board of Directors, Dr. Sue Head is a well-known servant, educator, and philanthropist in our community. She first began her journey with the bank in 2016 as an Advisory Director.
Dr. Head provides guidance to bank management as an Reg O Officer through her experience in Leadership, Public Relations, and community service. She currently serves at the Vice President of Cultural Affairs & Dean of Character Education at College of the Ozarks where she has been employed since 2004.
She holds a B.A. in Communication from Vanderbilt University, Master of Organizational Leadership from Evangel University, and Doctorate in Higher Education Management (Ed.D) from the University of Pennsylvania.
Extremely active in support of her community, Dr. Head serves for several organizations, including Board of Directors at Cox Medical Center Branson; Board of Directors at Ozark Mountain Country Cares; Member and Lector at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church; Board Member at Ozark Mountain Legacy Initiative; Participant at Community Clean-Up Day; and Founding Board Member of Faith Community Health. Dr. Head loves this community and is proud of her affiliation with Branson Bank!

Matt Farmer
One of our most recent additions to the Board, Matt Farmer joined as an Advisory Director in 2017. Offering irreplaceable knowledge through his experience as a small business owner and healthcare professional, Farmer provides support in regard to health-related concerns for our human relations team as well as safety protocol advice when the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2019.
Farmer holds a Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN), BSN, and RN degrees. He currently has nine years of experience in healthcare and nine years as a small business owner. Farmer currently serves the community as a Board Member for Elevate Branson and Faith Community Health.

Cynthia Carson
Cynthia Carson joined the Board of Directors team as Advisory Director in 2018. As Vice President of Operations at Sight & Sound Theatres in Branson, Missouri, Carson oversees 240 associates and manages the theatre’s day-to-day operations. She joined Sight & Sound in 2008, as Branson Guest Services Manager, and assumed her current duties in 2016.
“Cynthia is no stranger to Branson Bank,” states Bill Jones, President/ CEO of Branson Bank. “She served as our first Marketing Director from 2006-2008. We are blessed to have her rejoin our team and we know that her knowledge, experience, and faith will be a tremendous asset to our growing organization.”
A California native, Carson moved to the Midwest in the early ‘80s, and has lived in Branson since 1993. She resides in Branson with her husband, Don, and enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is active in the Branson community and serves in the ministry at Woodland Hills Family Church.

Tom Boyce
Tom Boyce joined the Board of Directors in 2006. He serves the board in a number of ways but most notably the Loan Committee. His experience in construction, excavation, and overall community growth offers real-time knowledge to help make local decisions.
Boyce attended Cowley County Community College for 2 years on a football scholarship and then completed another 2 years at Kansas State University. He has served on various boards throughout the years including: Branson/ Hollister Rotary as President, Branson Planning & Zoning as a Commissioner, Habitat For Humanity, and a Trustee at Skaggs Hospital, plus, numerous contractor boards.
Boyce is the C.E.O. Of Tom Boyce Excavating, Inc. and T.B.E. Arkansas LLC. of which he owns and founded in 1988.

Mike Bilbrey
As one of the first investors of Branson Bank, Mike Bilbrey joined the Board of Directors prior to the bank’s origination in 1999 as a Director and most recently holds the title of Advisory Director. With over 40+ years’ experience as a lawyer, Bilbrey offers essential advice in regard to formal bank documentation, audit essentials, and marketing campaign management. His degree is from St. Louis University and now resides in Branson, MO.
