Karla is a seasoned banking professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. She has been a valued member of Branson Bank since 2007, beginning her career as a loan processor. In 2018, Karla transitioned to the role of Lender, where she has since become an expert in consumer and agricultural loans.
Her deep knowledge and commitment to serving the community have helped her foster strong relationships with her neighbors in Eastern Taney County. A life-long resident of Taney County, Karla is a proud graduate of Forsyth High School and remains dedicated to supporting local growth and financial success.

Full BioKatie Hodges began her journey with Branson Bank in 2017 as Vice President, Commercial Lender, and then in 2022 she was promoted to Chief Operations Officer. With banking experience since 2004, Katie offers a well-rounded portfolio of financial expertise.
Hodges graduated from the College of the Ozarks with a BS in Accounting and Psychology. She also earned her CPA certification in 2003. Hodges is a servant to her community, volunteering for a number of organizations, including the Branson/ Hollister Rotary Club, Sports Funding Task Force with the Branson Chamber of Commerce, Taneyville School Board Member/ President, MONasp Missouri State Archery Tournament Planning Committee, to name a few.

Jones has accumulated 30+ years in banking, holding various positions, with an undergraduate and graduate degree, along with various banking school certifications.
He has served on various boards and service positions throughout his time in Branson, including Branson Cox Health Director, Branson Chamber CVB Board, City of Branson Finance Board, Taney County Airport Board, and the Community Foundation of the Ozarks (regional affiliate) Board.

Full BioBranson Bank Executive Vice President, Senior Lender, and Board Member, Dean Harmon, began his journey with the local, community bank in September of 2002. He has over 39 years of experience in the banking industry and leads the lending arm of the bank.
Harmon is a College of the Ozarks graduate. He completed National Commercial Lending School from the University of Oklahoma and the Graduate School of Banking from Louisiana State University. He has served his community in a variety of ways, personally and on behalf of the bank. He currently serves on the SCMO Board of Directors and Together Forever – A Skyler Sanders Family Foundation.

Full BioTammy joined Branson Bank in 2024 as VP, Controller/Operations Officer. Tammy brings more than 20 years’ experience in the banking industry and has served in multiple roles, most recent was the EVP, Chief Financial Officer. She actively managed capital, earnings, liquidity, and sensitivity to market risk. In another previous role, she was Internal Auditor, developing comprehensive audit framework and handling shareholder relations.
Kelley attended Missouri State University, obtaining her Business Degree. She also attended the Missouri Bankers Association School of Bank Management, the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, WI, graduated from Banking Leadership Missouri, and the Graduate School of Banking Financial Managers School.
Community involvement is important to Kelley and over her career she has served in a variety of ways. She was an active member of the Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce and served as an ambassador. She served on the Missouri Bankers Association’s Young Bankers Leadership Board of Directors and CFO Committee. She currently sits on the Graduate School of Banking, Banker Advisory Board. Additionally in 2015, Kelley was instrumental in the creation of the “Heroes Cup,” a golf tournament through the Missouri Bankers Association that benefits veterans. The tournament committee has since raised over $120,000 in support of veterans in need.
Kelley’s hobbies include fitness, hiking, traveling, watching the Kansas City Chiefs, and spending time with friends and family.
Full BioNikki Pursell joined Branson Bank in 2022, bringing a wealth of experience in retail banking, Commercial Lending, and Loan Operations that spans over two decades. Since 2005, Pursell’s focus has been on Commercial Lending and Loan Operations, which continues to sharpen her management skills, and ensures the successful implementation of new programs and software platforms. Her commitment to providing high-quality assistance to lenders and borrowers is matched by her strong leadership abilities, extensive knowledge of the banking industry, and a critical eye for documentation details and compliance.
A longtime resident of the area, Pursell graduated from Reeds Spring High School and furthered her education at North Arkansas College. Outside of her professional life, Pursell, along with her husband, owns and operates Sir Speedy of Branson. While not working, she and her husband enjoy being outdoors.
Full BioBranson Bank is excited to announce the promotion of Stacy Cash to the role of Business Services and Operations Officer, AAP. In this new position, Stacy will continue to focus on expanding the Cash Management customer base and providing dedicated support to these customers.
With certifications such as the Accredited ACH Professionals (AAPs), Stacy will continue to monitor ACH and payment functions to ensure smooth operations. Even after achieving the certification of AAP, she remains committed to setting new goals and advance her knowledge in operational responsibilities.
